HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

The organisers have reserved rooms in Grand Hotel Union, the Conference venue: Executive and Business and Grand hotel Union - Garni and City hotel.

Accommodation can be booked via the online Registration Form not later than May 25, 2008 as the numbers of rooms available for the Conference is limited and your preference of accommodation cannot be guarantied after that date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

Hotel accommodation and possible extras are payable upon check-out to the hotel directly. Accommodation can be booked by credit card only: your credit card information is required as an accommodation guarantee.

All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to IARC Conference secretariat. Cancellations received before May 25, 2008 are free of charge. After this date one room night will be charged to your credit card.

You will receive written confirmation of your hotel reservation after the receipt of your credit card details.

Prices are per room and night, including breakfast and VAT. Tourist tax is 1,01 per person per day.
