Registration is required for all Conference participants and accompanying persons. Registration should be made via
online registration form.

Registration fee for participants and students includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- Ljubljana Sightseeing Tour, Monday, June 30

* Students must submit an official document - a letter from their head of department, tutor or alike - verifying their status. It should be sent to IARC 2008 Secretariat as a pdf file to
registration@auditoria.si or a copy by fax to +386 1 2445 675; the original should be sent to the registration office by regular mail or handed over at the time of registration on site.

Payment in Euro (€) without any charges to the beneficiary should be made:

Important
- Payment should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person’s name(s).
- All payments should have the notification "IARC 2008".
- For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names.
- Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form.
- VAT (20%) is included in the registration fee.
Confirmation of Registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.
Registrations and payments submitted to the IARC 2008 Secretariat after June 23, 2008 my not be confirmed in writing. Consequently, please bring the copy of the registration form as well as the proof of payment of your registration fee with you when you travel to Ljubljana.
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations of Conference registration should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Auditoria. Cancellations received:
- Before/on May 25, 2008, payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50 €.
- No refund will be given after this date.
- Refunds will be paid after the Conference. For refunds, please state your full bank account details in the written cancellation.
